Privacy Policy

How we handle personal information when you visit the site, contact us, or engage our services.

Last updated: 27 July 2026

1. Who we are

Tank Storage Check is operated by ACMEA TECH FZ LLC, Compass Building, Shared Desk FDRK2400, Al Shohada Road, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. ACMEA TECH FZ LLC is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Privacy questions and requests can be sent to compliance@tankstoragecheck.com.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact information: name, work email, company, telephone number, subject, and message submitted through our contact form or correspondence.
  • Engagement information: company name, facility location, requested scope, transaction details, and materials you provide for due diligence.
  • Order and billing information: service, amount, payment status, order references, billing details, and transaction identifiers. Card details are collected directly by Stripe and are not stored by us.
  • Technical and usage information: pages visited, navigation and outbound-link events, referrer, approximate location derived from network information, browser and device information, performance measurements, errors, heatmaps, and dead-click signals.

Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential transaction documents through the public contact form. We will provide an appropriate channel when such material is needed for an engagement.

3. How we use information

  • Respond to inquiries and prepare or perform requested services.
  • Manage orders, payments, invoices, refunds, and client communications.
  • Verify evidence and produce the agreed due-diligence findings.
  • Secure the site, prevent abuse, troubleshoot errors, and keep audit records.
  • Understand site performance and improve content and service journeys.
  • Comply with legal, accounting, sanctions, and regulatory obligations.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we process information to take steps at your request, perform a contract, comply with legal obligations, or pursue legitimate interests such as service delivery, security, and improvement. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it at any time.

4. Analytics and local storage

We use a self-hosted PostHog instance to measure site use. It operates in cookieless mode, does not create identified user profiles, and does not use session recording or automatic form capture. Contact, checkout, and payment details are not intentionally sent to analytics. Sensitive query parameters are removed, and browser “Do Not Track” signals are respected.

The site may use strictly necessary browser storage for security or service functionality. Stripe may use its own necessary technologies on its hosted checkout under its privacy terms.

5. When we share information

We share information only as needed with:

  • Stripe for hosted checkout, payment processing, fraud prevention, and invoicing.
  • Resend for transactional email delivery.
  • Vercel and our database and storage providers for website hosting and operation.
  • Professional advisers, researchers, and vetted service providers involved in an engagement, subject to confidentiality and appropriate access limits.
  • Courts, regulators, law-enforcement authorities, or other parties when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

We do not sell personal information. Providers may process information in other countries. Where required, we use contractual or other safeguards for international transfers.

6. Retention and security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, the engagement, and applicable legal, accounting, audit, and dispute requirements. We then delete or anonymise it where appropriate.

We use technical and organisational measures intended to protect information, including restricted administrative access and secure hosted services. No system is completely secure, so please use the channel we specify for confidential engagement material.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent and complain to the relevant data-protection authority.

Send a request to compliance@tankstoragecheck.com. We may need to verify your identity, and some rights are subject to legal exceptions.

8. Other sites and children

Links to third-party websites are governed by those parties’ privacy practices. Our services are intended for business users and are not directed to children under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The updated version will appear here with a revised date. See our Terms and Conditions for the rules governing use of the site and services.
